General Notes…

When signing up for a clinic, please complete and return the registration questionnaire and release forms plus your $100 non-refundable deposit at your earliest convenience. As soon as forms and deposit are received, notice will be sent confirming an opening has been reserved for you. If the clinic is already fully booked, we will be happy to place you on a waiting list in the event of a cancellation or refund your deposit.

We require all horses to be current on vaccinations. You may bring an additional horse to ride if you wish but please inform us before arriving so we may make the necessary stabling arrangements.

A companion who would like to attend as an auditor or merely join us for meals and accommodation is very welcome. Please see registration form for any additional charges that may apply.

Please leave your pets at home. Our ranch is a non-smoking facility.

If notified in advance, we will do our best to accommodate, if possible, any special dietary needs you may have. Only the freshest and mostly home-grown produce is used in our meals along with meat that has been naturally raised right here on our ranch.

Feel free to arrive any time after 1 p.m. on the day prior to the clinic as this will give you a chance to settle in and explore the area. Snacks will be provided at the orientation gathering held the evening before the clinic where you will meet fellow participants and review the riding schedule. You will be riding twice a day and riding times will be scheduled at the orientation. Morning sessions usually begin at 8 a.m. If you wish to remain one more night and head home the following day you are more than welcome to do so, though you’ll be on your own for meals.

Please note that our afternoon riding sessions will take place on the trails and fields of our land where footing is varied and wildlife abounds!
